WELCOME

The Form 5 class of 1981 of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan La Salle Klang (LSK) is celebrating it's 25 year after leaving our Alma Matta.

Everyone who was in Form 5 ( Classes S, E, L, A, N, G, O, R) or were in the same batch anytime from Standard 1 to Form 5, are cordially invited to attend this momentous event to catch up with old friends and teachers.

EVENT DETAILS:

Date : Saturday, 16th December 2006

Venue : Klang Executive Club, Bandar Baru Klang

Time : 7:00pm onwards

Dress Code : Strictly T- Shirt and Jeans only

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Complete the registration form and fax it to +603 - 3374 5501 between 9:00am and 5:00pm from Monday to Friday or email a scanned copy of the signed registration form to prabhar@bki.com.my

Note: Registration is only complete upon receipt of payment.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

We are seeking contribution of at least RM100.00 per head for running this event. This includes the venue, buffer dinner, non-alcoholic drinks and to partly cover the cost for the teachers. You are welcome to contribute more or donate items (door gifts, souvenirs, drinks, etc) towards the event.

All extra collection will be donated to charity.

All cheque payment should be made to Prabha Ramanathan. Cash payment is also accepted.

Official receipt will be issued on the day of the reunion.
